The Baseball Booster by-laws now include the Middle School team.  This was initiated by the varsity coach, Eric Fernandes.  It was felt that in order to have better continuity with the  program we needed to build our feeder program, ie Jr. High, Babe Ruth, Little League, and Fall Ball. 

With this change came an increased interest in baseball in the area.  Our numbers increased enough to have 3 teams at the high school level, and a Legion team for this summer.  The cost for supporting these teams is not completely funded by the current school budget and requires funding by the Marshwood Boosters and by the communities served by the Marshwood school system.
